It is widely used in clinical liquid biopsy, non-invasive prenatal screening, infectious disease detection, forensic medicine, scientific research, animal husbandry and blood transfusion safety.
Features:
1. High Purity: Effectively removes impurities such as proteins and inorganic salts, with an A260/280 value greater than 1.7.
2. Excellent Quality: Utilizing a unique lysis buffer and proteinase K, it denatures proteins bound to DNA, fully releasing cell-free DNA into the solution. Employing the highly efficient enrichment of cell-free nucleic acids by magnetic beads, it obtains cell-free DNA from plasma samples suitable for molecular detection.
